We receive TONS inquiries about CNA jobs everyday. Everything from if we staff CNAs to where the jobs are to what one should expect when traveling as a CNA.
First of all, YES! Yes we do staff CNAs! While we of course staff nationwide, CNA jobs tend to be in much higher demand throughout these states:
- South Dakota
- North Dakota

Most CNA travel positions are in rural areas. Reason being in rural areas they do not have the qualified professional staff needed to care for the number of residents. In more populated areas, cities, there is a large pool of CNAs to pull from. Many facilities in the cities will have pool or per diem positions, but the true travel assignments with guaranteed hours are typically in the rural areas.
With that said, this is something you should consider if you are looking to travel as a CNA. Being open to location will always work in your favor! As long as you can be open, there will always be a job waiting for you! In these areas there a few things to expect: guaranteed hours, potential overtime, and often you are over an hour away from the closest Wal-Mart (yes, that is important to know!)
