There are SO many apps out there for every niche market! Everything at our finger tips thanks to smart phones. Book a flight, order a pizza, find a date. Everything!

Here is a list of our favorite apps for travelers:

Packing Pro: This app helps you organize all the must have items for your next assignment. While most seasoned travelers are excellent at packing all they will need for 13 weeks into the back of a car, it can't hurt to have a quick check list!

Skype: If you don't have an iPhone for Facetime (or even if you do), Skype is essential for checking in on your friends and family. It's always nice to see a familiar face!

Any.Do:  There are two (soon to be four) apps within the Any.Do family.  Any.Do and Any.Do Cal allow you to organize your busy day/week/month. Create To Do list, keep track of birthdays, view your day at a glance. A great app for all!

Yelp: Another great app for anyone, Yelp provides places near you, reviews, and deals for various spots. When you are away from home, it is nice to see what the locals recommend!

Instagram: We LOVE Instagram, especially when our travelers share photos of the awesome places they are on assignment. It is a great app to share your adventures with everyone around you, not to mention it brings out the amateur photographer in all of us!

WeatherBug: In a new place you want to have a way to get alerts for any severe weather. Depending on your assignment, you could be near severe weather you are not familiar with! We find WeatherBug to me the most useful!
