Do you remember where you were in 2009? We do. Because Fusion Medical Staffing was in its infancy, living in a heatless, barebones basement in Nebraska. And I don’t know if you know this, but Nebraska winters are no joke.
But it was in this heatless dungeon that Fusion developed its core values—humble, driven, positive—and its mission in the community to ensure everyone we touch has a better life. This is how we live our core values IRL.
No. 1: Humble
Humble (adj.): Not proud or haughty; not arrogant or assertive
According to Merriam-Webster, that’s what it is to be humble. But to us, being humble is so much more than that. The way we see it, being humble is celebrating life, caring for others, and recognizing team wins, no matter how small they may be. Being humble allows us to grow and evolve without forgetting where we came from, so we can make a positive impact in the lives of everyone we touch.
